Once orders are placed, they cannot be cancelled.
We currently do not accept returns or exchanges on any of
our merchandise.
We ensure that your accessories are wrapped in a
protective package prior to being shipped out. We are not
responsible for damaged orders while the order is being
handled through the shipping carriers.

Your order will be shipped within 2 – 3 business days!
Orders that are placed during the holiday will be
processed between 5 – 7 business days.
We are not responsible for any lost or damaged items
during the transit of your merchandise. We ensure that
your jewelry is packed carefully; therefore, we are not
responsible for damages that are caused by the shipping
carriers.
Please make sure that you enter your correct address and
if you reside in an apartment, please include your
apartment number. We are not responsible for your order
being delivered to an incorrect address. Also, we are not
responsible for any lost deliveries.
